NP Construction Company

NP Construction Company is a family owned and operated business. Nick Proscia is President and his wife Kathy is Vice President.

Nick Proscia attended St. John’s University in Queens, New York, where he majored in Biology and was a member of the Track and Field Team. He graduated from Devry Technical Institute in Woodbridge, New Jersey with a diploma in Electronics Technology. Upon moving to Florida he held a position as a construction superintendent for five years, learning his trade in the field. He became a state certified building contractor in 1993 and along with his wife founded NP Construction Company.

Kathy Proscia is Vice President and is ever mindful of the need for professionalism and perseverance in an industry that sometimes lacks both. She is also a devoted wife and mother and a licensed Massage Therapist.

Robert Greene joined our staff in February 2003 in the position of Sales and Estimating. He has 28 years of experience in Design/Build Construction and is a graduate of Boston University. Robert also attended the University of Massachusetts and the University of Maine, where he studied Civil and Structural Engineering. He has proven to be a true asset to our company in a very short period of time.

Dorothy Kraft is our Office Manager. She has an extensive background in Bookkeeping and excels when it comes to organizational skills. She truly exemplifies what devotion is by maintaining an office where paperwork can sometimes be overwhelming.
